Zycoo Grandstream FXO issue
Hi Guys My issue is when some rings the FXO line at there end it rings 3 times (not at the Grandstreams ) then at there end it changes to a different tone so they hangup not sure where the issue is at the grandstream or the Zycoo All help is greatly apreciated regards Mitchell Chapman
DTMF issue with IVR
When IVR set-up using GSM card, at times when the caller tries to dial an extension while still in the IVR only some digits are passed through resulting in an invalid extension. At times the dial to extension works. This is only on an incoming call on GSM card. If you dial the IVR extension from another extension, it works 100% of the time. Anyone seen this and found a way around it? Tim
AMI User-Password
Hi, i'm installed Xtelsio Tapi to config the click to call from Outlook function, but when i config the connection to manager.conf, the response is i have connected but not logged, because the user or password are wrong. I have tested admin/admin and admin/"MYGUIPASSWORD" but not worked. How can i know my AMI password?
