Zycoo IPPBX is built on the Asterisk platform and supports the standard SIP protocol. It can connect to IMS SIP trunks from ITSPs (Internet Telephony Service Providers) as well as SIP endpoints.
This document provides instructions for uploading recording files and logs from the IPPBX to your NAS server or FTP server.
Please run the software wftpd32.exe on your Windows computer.

Launch wftpd32.exe on your Windows computer.
Click the Security menu
Click User/Rights
Click New User to create an account

After creating the account, select Account 1 from the User Name list, then click Done.
Log in to the IPPBX web interface using the admin account.
Navigate to System → Storage → FTP Storage
Configure the following parameters:

Note: The FTP Server Path folder (e.g.,
252recording) will be automatically created under the FTP server'sD:\FTPdirectory.
Click Submit to save the configuration.
After submission, the FTP Connect Status will display Connected if the FTP configuration is successful.
Navigate to the FTP directory on your computer. The 252recording folder will appear under the FTP root directory, confirming that the upload is working correctly.
