Zycoo IPPBX is built on the Asterisk platform and supports the standard SIP protocol. It can connect to IMS SIP trunks from ITSPs (Internet Telephony Service Providers) as well as SIP endpoints.
This document provides instructions for automatic phone configuration (auto provision) using the IPPBX.
Before proceeding, please ensure the following requirement is met:
The IP phone and the IPPBX must be on the same IP segment (local network)
They must not be on different VLANs
Log in to the IPPBX web interface using the admin account.
Navigate to Addons → AutoConfig
Click the Scan button to discover phones on the network.
Important Note: Your phone brand must be listed in the Manufacturer dropdown menu under the "New" section. If your phone brand does not appear, please refer to Section 5 (Custom Phone Model).
Click the Edit button to configure extension options for the detected phone.
Tick (select) the desired phone item
Click Reboot
Note: After the phone reboots, it will automatically receive the configuration from the IPPBX.
