Remote Extension

1 Port forward on router

    If the IPPBX is behind the router ,you must do the port forward settings on router at first.

    SIP default port: 5060

    RTP default port: 10001 -10500

2 NAT settings

External Media Address: Hostname DDNS or IP address

External Signaling Address:Hostname DDNS or IP address

Local Net:you local ip segment ,like 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0

3 Create extension & Enable remote extension option.

4 SIP ALG

If remote extension no audio when make calls on both side, please try check the SIP ALG option on your router.
